Cancellation & Refund Policy
Deposit for services:
There is a 15% scheduling fee, that is non-refundable due at time of booking. You may choose to pay in full or hold your chosen spot with only the 15% scheduling fee & processing.
Cancellations:
If you are cancelling service 2 days prior to services rendered, there is a 15% scheduling fee of balance non-refundable due creating a gap in scheduling & processing. If you have paid in full and are cancelling 2 days prior to services; Please submit your receipt to [email protected] so that we may begin processing the refund. Please allow 7 business days for processing, check with your bank to inquire their transaction process.
24-hour Return for Services:
We will return within 24 hours to clean any area(s) needed.
*We do not give refunds once services have been rendered.
